Standard bank has no trained staff & follow up

Open a personal loan and advised which acc to be debited, i have been interigated, lashed on by call agents and since date having a struggle getting joy. i have been debited out the wrong acc monthly and when i finally get it rigth they take 3x out of my account with out proper liasing. i explain numerously its not my fault but i have been ignore. i complained and not recieved a response via email and get closure. they record they own info on the system and abruptly spoken to which leads me to get high rated. lucky mtshali was one of them. on the 12 oct 20134 o got it correctwith my details and i was not told i would be debited 3x as i explained its not my fault for youo not gettimg your money. bank charges and arreas and my airtime is been placed on me. i have had a emotional breakdown on the 25th october til date where i cannot pay my rent, car, accounts. i have called in and was told its t&cs. i am so frustrated that i have to change my account to recieve my salary so that i can get attention from stadard bank. this call agents does not listen when you speak and cannot help when they do.. please help me hello peter...
