Loan Application

My father was phoned by FNB to say that he qualifies for a loan and would he be intrested. He said yes and they told him to bring bankstatements, ID, proof of address and payslips. That was on the 21/12/2012.He did that and took it through to branch and faxed it through to Kate at headoffice as well. They contacted him 3 times to say they need the documents again, they never received it, but he had proof of faxed documents and he handed it in personally. He took off from work again on the 16/01/2012[when he doesn't work he doesn't get paid. Took of 3 days to drive up and down with the same documents] and took the documents through to vereeniging branch where he spoke to Ntombi, she checked all documents and said that everything they need is there and he will have his money on wednesday[today]23/01/2013.She promised him that it will be in today 23/01/2013. Today he phones 23/01/2012 to ask when the money will be in as it is not in. They tell him they waiting for bankstatements as the ones they have is 2 weeks ago. My mom phones to ask why they stuffing us around and she wants to talk to a manager, where Ntombi laughs at her over the phone and says she will not put my mom through.
