I am so disappointed at how I am treated as an FNB customer. I went to my branch Northcliff FNB 4 months ago to apply for a business credit card I was referred to the manager Mr Vincent. I went to the branch he was not there I left few messages for him he did not return my call. I phoned again I was told that he will come in the afternoon and I went I found him. I explained to him that I would like to apply for a credit card, he requested some documents from me regarding my application and I provided him with the documents. He has not even phone me to tell me that my application was approved or not. I then phoned his office I left few messages to return my call he did not bother until I went to him again and he told me I should bring the same documents that he requested before. Three weeks ago I decided to go to Cresta branch to apply for a business loan I was told to go to my branch to speak to the manager. I then went I spoke to the same Vincent guy he asked for the same documents he requested previously. I dropped the documents with the other lady in the bank who told me she gave them to him. Until now he has not returned my call why I am not sure. I am so disappointed.
