After struggling for 2months to have my new cheque card send to the branch were the account is kept (card expire in 3days) went to the branch again today... Card now send to Strand branch! I wasnt even notified that it arrived and sent away again!! I live in Somerset west, branch at Somerset west mall, my new card has been to 2 Branch in
Pretoria and now 2 branches in the Cape! I have to take time off from work just to be send away again!!! Thats after a lovely hour of my life waisted in a que... Worst experience ever!!! How can one stay loyal to this incompetence!!!
