Applied for Credit Customer Assist-no response

We are in a tight spot at the moment financially and we went to Standardbank Branch: Cape Gate on Saturday, 12 October 2013 to find out if it would be possible to get a consolidation loan to pay off all the various loans we have. We are not surviving at the moment with all the loans we have to pay and we have two growing kids that have various needs.

The lady said that they could not assist in doing this, but that I should complete the Credit Assist documents and they will assess us and then settle the debt directly and then we repay the bank and we will be under Debt Administration. We went home and we completed all the documents and got all the various supporting documents and send it via email on the 14 October to [Email Removed] Untill then we have not heard a word, I follow up regularly with email and they tell me our application is with management.

I would like to find out if we are approved and if someone can actually just get back to us, have some client service and advise us what is our next step. I have not defaulted on any payments to any of our creditors, but from next month I would have to start to do this. We just want someone to assist us!
