Card deliverd to the wrong branch, repeatedly

I opened a new cheque account with FNB. I reside in Piet Retief, my card was supposed to be delivered to the Piet Retief branch.

Since December I've been struggling to receive my cheque card, I have no access to my money at the moment as my card has once again been delivered to the Nelspruit branch.

When I phone the nelspruit branch, I'm being advised to go to the Piet Retief branch so they can make arrangements to get my card released and sent to Piet Retief

When I go to the Piet Retief branch I'm advised that it's better to order a new card... Which I have done and once again it's send to the Nelspruit branch.

I live on a farm with no cellphone network, I have to drive 30km everytime just to find that it's not been resolved.

How can this be so difficult just to get a card delivered to the right branch? And best of all, it's really not a pleasure to work with the FNB branch, the staff is rude and act like they are doing me a favour when they assist me. They are not professional nor helpful at all.

Can someone please just help me?
