Unfortunately I'm logging a complaint about the poor service that was received at Standard Bank Call Center.
Yesterday I've called the contact center twice and was both times informed that my debt card are available at Somerset West branch. Trace number: 011 667 2602
I came all the way from Stellenbosch (work) to go and collect the card which was not that Somerset West branch. The consultant at the bank informed me that he can't provide me with the contact details of Strand branch as it's private and confidential.
The Consultant at the Call Centre informed me that the debt card are at Strand branch since 01 Jan 2013. I didn't receive any phone calls what so ever to inform me that my card are waiting to be collected.
I'm very disappointed in the service which was received yesterday and I'm banking with Standard bank for almost 10 years now.
