I was involved in a car accident on 19 Nov. What happend is i was stationery at a red robot and a woman by the name of Retha ran into me from behind, whilst the robots were red and i hit the car in front of me and my car is not insured. The car could not drive and I was 20 odd km from home with my girlfriend A towing comp. was forced to take the car to the premises. Retha promised to forward her insurance details in the morning, at that point i felt sorry for her as she was in shock. I got in contact with her insurance and the required two quotes amongst other documents, once the quotes were recieved i advised them to assist urgently as the towing company will likely charge storage, The insurance lady Nelia from Innowealth was totally rude to me and kept on ignoring my calls, they than in early Jan told me Ryan for Lowe & Petersen would deal with my claim as it is a 3rd party at first he was helpful up until today 29.01 when the gave me an offer of a R15, 000 payout.the thing is the 1st quote was R30, 000 and the one from the towing company R20, 000 and provided i repair with them no storage or towing costs.the car has been in storage for 2mths and 15, 000 wont even cover the storage.
