Ive taken the insurance via mccarthy insurance, I met with an accident last wednesday I tried to contact mccarthy insurance from the accident scene, only to hear A voice recording saying the office hours are from 8 to 5.i made arrangements and had the car towed by a sata approved towing company.i contacted mccarthy the next day to report the accident they tell me I am covered by hollard.i contacted hollard and reveived the claim no.so I was told I will be contacted by an assessor.i waited and was not contacted I then call the towing company and they tell me the car had been towed to the panel shop. I contact the panel shop and they tell me they waiting for the assessor.this carried on with no contact from hollard, no calls to inform me of the progress.1 week later and they still have not approved the claim, of at the delay I contacted hollard at 2pm after some verbal abuse I get a call at 3 only to be told that I am liable for the access and part of the towing charges, this is, the lady then tells me that I was informed and I was sent a do not tow sticker, which I did not receive and it does not statein my policy that only an approved towing company can tow
