Miway's Service is Pathetically Slow

I was in a accident on the 27th of July. The other driver skipped a stop street and we collided and my vehicle was written off. A few days after finding out from Miway what I need to claim as a 3rd party from the other persons insurance I sent through all the relevant docs as required. Accessor went out and on the 13th of August his report was submitted and signed off. Contacted Simon again who then told me twice that they have not recieved the report after I spoke to the Accessor who insists he did submit it. It's now the 23rd of August and I am still waiting for my claim to be paid out. And now Miway's client was the guilty party in the accident but now I have to sit without a vehicle and lost around R50000 because of his neglegence. Also the company that towed my vehicle never informed me of the towing and storage fees at the scene of the accident so now I'm sitting with a peace of scrap and more than R8000 worth of towing and storage fees which I will NOT pay. So I end up with nothing and extra debt and the accident was not my fault. I will not leave it there. Miway needs to pay out or I will be forced to go to the newspapers. Im tired of being messed around. I want feedback today
