Krugersdorp Panel Beaters - 23 Mill Rd, Boltonia, Krugersdorp, 1739
After being involved in an accident (I was not at fault my car got hit from behind) a Mr. Patsley from A1 Towing arrives and after a few minutes setting me up (I was never involved in an accident before so I did not know how it worked) he tells me that the driver at faults insurance company will pay for everything he will just tow my vehicle to Krugersdorp Panelbeaters, now being naive I let him do this. We went to go and fetch the car the following week and they gave us the story we are waiting for the insurance, we got hold of the insurance company responsible for our claim and they warned us to get the car out as soon as possible as they do not cover towing and storage, these 2 Louis the owner/manager and Patsley the driver from A1 towing shamelessly exploited my ignorance and I had to get R7900 to release my car as they were charging R220/day for storage R3500 for towing, now I am 23 years old and only partially employed I had to lend money to get my car out. They purposely misled me to me afterwards as they knew they wont let the car out before it gets paid for knowing I could not afford it.
