Hi,

I sent an email to Nastassja on the 21st of October after my claim was rejected, Here is the thing, when you sell your product to us you do not mention anything about a dent not being deep, and stuff like that, only when a customer has to make a claim you only tell them that they should check their prospectus (which was only received after I have said yes to the product), let me tell you, you are defrauding people because now you want me to claim for the kind of dent that will probably never happen, I have dents on my car, and I need them repaired and I have been paying money all these months only to be told that you do not cover my kind of dents. That is really unacceptable, you should have said from the first day that sales lady called that you do not cover some dents, instead of letting buy your product while it will not help me when I need it. I am really angry with the kind of treatment I have been given in this regarding, and for Nastassja to blatantly ignore my emails, that is really unacceptable, I am so angry with you guys, and I wouldn't recommend any one to use you.
