INCORRECT SELLING OF PRODUCT

December 2012, i was phoned by the Unlimited Consultant selling me a dents, scratches & chips insurance. Consultant told me that Unlimited have to deduct my account first with R220 in Dec 2012 then another two debits of R130 then i can claim from them. i was then sent a brochure of what im covered for. im going to just quote few things that i am covered for as per brochure: REPAIR of stone chips, REMOVAL of scratches, REPAIR of windscreen chips PLUS PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL. I have been paing from Dec 2012 to Current. I claimed 3weeks ago & only today (15th/04) they came to fix my car. NOW, THE HUGE PROBLEM IS MY SCRATCHES, DENTS & CHIPS WERE NOT REMOVED &, EXCEPT THAT MY CAR WAS JUST WASHED. TECHNICIAN TOLD ME UNFORTUNATELY HE CANNOT FIX MY DENTS, SCRATCHES & CHIPS ON MY CAR BECAUSE ITS NOT WHAT THEY DO.REGARDLESS OF WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN THIS INSURANCE WAS SOLD TO ME, IM EXTREMELY ANGRY WITH THIS INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY WHEN THIS PRODUCT WAS SOLD TO ME. I told the Technician also of how i felt and he said he understands, he said he only polished my car but it doesnt mean that my scratches, dents & chips will go away. THE UNLIMITED AUTO CARE INSURANCE MUST GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.
