A few months ago i got a call from the unlimited and they sold me their product. They said they cover scratches, dents and stone chips up to a certain size. So now when my car has a few scratches i claimed, only for it to be rejected because apparently the scratches are too deep. No one mentioned anything to me about the depth of the scratch at the time of the sale. Apparently now they only cover for what sounds like a mark not even a scratch. I phoned to query it and was told that its mentioned in the package they sent. That package was sent only after the sale was made and payments went through. So i have been paying all these months for nothing. What a!!
