I took out a dent and scratch policy a few years ago and although not a huge sum of money every month I expected them to assist when needed. Instead between the panel beating agent and FFW they inflated (Opinion) the price to fix two little bumps to above the maximum cover of R3000. ( I subsequently went back to the same panel beater a few months later and was quoted half to fix those exact two bumps.) They rejected the claim, I argued with a very rude unhelpful call center person but to no avail and eventually gave up. I now subsequently a year later, (still paying my policy every month), have a new dent that needs to be repaired and very cleverly or so I thought first got a quote independently (so they couldn't inflate price), only to be told by FFW that unless my car is dent free (which means I need to pay out my own pocket to have first two dents fixed), they will not pay for my new dent. WHAT A!!! Re-checking the policy does not mention anything about your car having to be in "showroom" condition (Call centre, rude dudes words), before they will fix a dent. needless to say it's the last you've seen of me FFW and have started looking for new household and car ins
