No feedback no response - BAD SERVICE!

I had flood damage on 29 October 2013. I called the claims department. Voice message says it is after closing time but leave a message and they will call back. Nobody calls me back. I did this twice and twice nobody called. So I phoned the call centre, reported the claim and the wait started. Until today I have no answer. Nobody gives feedback or progress! I phoned them on 29 Nov (08601008760) spoke to Onika who said she will forward my claim for authorisation. A month later and they forward my claim to wherever! I phone them again yesterday morning at 8:45. After waiting for 6min 20sec for someone to pick-up, the switchboard operator says he will check who is the consultant responsible for my claim and put me through to him/her. After my phone counter reached 22 minutes I dropped the call out of frustration. I called again and went through the same process, this time dropping the call at 9 minutes. This morning the operator only answered the call after 8 minutes. I asked to talk to a supervisor to complain to, waited until 32 minutes when I dropped the call out of frustration. I even e-mailed them yesterday and today-no reply! Sad, very SAD!
