I have a Dent and Scratch cover wit CCV MINT CARS, i have recently submitted a claim with them and have been informed that my nature of claim does not fall under thier scope of cover which i was never told before that such dents are not covered when i took out the cover i was only told that should i have a dent or scratch on my car it will be covered as the dealer has put on the cover in place on my behalf. The major problem is that they refusing to cancell the policy i have with them with a full refund they telling me that i cant cancel the cover and wont get any refund. This is a day light and dont fall under TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY as i believe that if i am not satisfied with the policy that is not serving my needs i have every right to cancel and be refunded back any premiums paid as this policy was paid for in advanced. i called GERT KOURMHERT and he stated that he will get back to me and i am unfortunately still awaiting his call till today.
this is unacceptable and poor customer service as i am not been treated like a customer by a bunch of common THUGS who are my money as i am paying for a service i dont get. THEY ARE IN SUITS, AND INCOMPETENT
