POOR SERVICE

I NEEDED TO UPDATE MY NEW CELL NUMBER SO I WENT TO THE BRANCH AS THE PHONE CALL WAS UNSUCESSFUL. ONCE I GOT THERE IT WAS UPDATED - SO I TRIED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT - THE OTP WAS TO BE SENT TO MY OLD CELL NO! ALTHOUGH IVE BEEN TO THE BRANCH. IVE CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE JUST TO BE INFORMED THE BRANCH HAD TO CONTACT THEM. THIS IS POOR SERVICE. AS A CLIENT I DONT KNOW THAT THE BRANCH SHOULD PHONE ONLINE BANKING - THE SYSTEMS SHOULD WORK TOGETHER. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE BRANCH AND I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED ASAP. THIS IS REALLY SHOCKING!!! AND THIS AFTER I HAD TO WAIT TO BE HELPED AT THE BRANCH - IT WAS SO BUSY BUT ONLY 2 CONSULTANTS WAS WORKING - INSTEAD OF 3.
