Very Poor Service and very Incompetent

I went to Standard Bank in Carlton Center on Saturday going to Withdraw Money to my Access Save and i couldn't get the money and i was referred to enquiries and i was helped by a guy by the name of Rendani and for some reason the guy was unable to transfer the Money, he said my account was on hold because they have deposited a large amount of money into it. My question is the person who was trasfering this money into this account was from Standard Bank was she not aware that it was not supposed to be deposited there, and when i was applying for a notice in Standard Bank why they couldn't also pick this up. What me off is i was told to come back on Monday which is today then the matter will be resolved then i am from the bank now and the Lady by the name of Maggie is telling me that i will only be able to get my money on Wednesday. I was supposed to buy a car with this money on Saturday then i promised the Dealer that they will get their money today but now they telling me about Wednesday. Please Peter i need your help. I am very Annoyed by the way Standard bank do things. Thank you.
