I've been using my Standard Bank access account since I've been in high school till late last year, I then stopped using the account much and my salary doesn't go there anymore. I realised on saturday after a deposit came into my access account that there's been amounts going off on this account for my alleged "STANDARD BANK ONLINE SHARE ACCOUNT" which I don't know anything about.
I don't remember applying for this account & when I spoke to Michelle Mbolekwa today she informed me that I may have applied for the account by mistake & that the money won't be refunded to me. I dispute that I applied for this share online account by mistake because I know very well how to use the internet & I don't need the account therefore I don't see how I could have applied for it by mistake.
I need proof from Standard Bank that I am the one who applied for this account. I want my money back, the money that they've taken is over R500 already & I do want it back. The unpaid fee charges on my access account must be reversed because I NEVER APPLIED FOR AN ONLINE SHARE ACCOUNT AT ANY STAGE OF USING THIS ACCOUNT!
Standard Bank had no right to take this money & tell me today that they won't refund it.
