At 8:45 today I notified the call centre that I needed an emergency jump start at my home (which is recorded on my policy) and I also gave the call centre agent the address. I was told that the call would be logged and that a refernce number would be sent to me by SMS. When I did nit receive this, I called the call centre again, and was told that the calll had been looged and someone would call me back. I received two missed calls while I was on another call, and again called the call centre and gave them the claim reference number and asked why I had still not received and SMS. I was told everything was in order and that I would be attended to shortly. One hour later no-one had yet arrived at my home. I called again and was told that they "emergency assist" was waiting for my address. 1- i had already given it, 2-Why did nione say that you did not have it in any one of the SEVEN different calls I have made in the past two hours, and 3- WHY DO YOU NOT CALL TO ASK - DO YOU THINK LITTLE FAIRIES ARE GOING TO FLY THROUGH THE WINDOW WITH A MAP! I am grateful that this was only a flat battery, because with this service if it was a serious emergency, I am sure I would be dead!
