This is second time and just as bad. Logged last night. As there is never anyone available at night and could switch toilet off we agreed someone out here at 7 am. No response save ref number.
I called 6 am, never came back. Called 6 h30 they still haven't come back to me. I have work!! Unlike this persons!!
This is. NOT treated as emergency ever and the 45 minutes expectations is a complete LIE!!
What is Discovery insure doing about a my emergency call and b fact never have timeous assistance. Last time they wanted me to wait 3 days, eventually after insistence from me got help after 12 Hours
Completely unacceptable!! Call centre NEVER follows up with customer either, ever, never mind 45 min until resolved!!
