Dismal service received during an emergency

I called miway home assist at 17:54 on Friday evening because my fridge had ' packed' up and the back side element appeared to be heating as there was a burnt smell coming from it. The call centre agent who helped me was William Maphitiso and he told me that he will sent a message to the dispatch guys and they will notify by sms if they will sent someone over or call me if no one is available to assist. I got the first sms with reference no. XE BK4D 01 and that was it. After waiting 3 hours at home-not calling any other options, I called miway again only to be told that no one is coming over and the next available agent will come on Saturday morning. So much for good service that is always advertised and portrait by miway. They at least could have had the decency to let me know that I won't be getting any help from them, instead of keeping waiting, while my fridge is turned off, as I could have called someone else in the meantime. Appalling service!!! Is this what I pay my premiums for???
