On the 22 August 2013, at 06:00am i was involved in an accident and didn't know what to do. I called emergency services and i tried to call Outsurance's emergency number on the DO NOT TOW sticker which read 0860060000. To my surprise i got a voice message that told me they only start operating from 8am and if i have an emergency i should press 1. I pressed 1 and the phone hang up. I was left miserable without the backing of my insurance and had to drive my wrecked vehicle home. I now sit and wonder who does one have to rely on in case of emergency if my insurer is supplying outdated stickers. Although i was impressed with how my claim was handled i think i'm loosing confidence in Outsurance.
