Agent gave ugly service

Called 911 and it was directed to the vodacom 112 Emergency centre for ambulance service from 0722866077, call was answered @ 22:08 network was not very good so I didn't catch the agents name, However as an emergency service number I hope all The calls are recorded.

The tone of the agent was not warm. Very sarcastic, impatient and obnoxious.

For an agent working with ill clients or clients in distress. She is not supposed to behave the way she behaved.
