Unfair treatment

Last year Nedbank called me to offer me a Credit card, i was not permanently employed and they said its fine but they want to confirm the duration of my contract of which i believe they did confrim with my employer, well my contract was never renewed as expected and i paid my credit card 2 or 3 times and i was unable to continue paying, Nedbank called me in August asking me to pay my credit and i told them that i have found a new job but i will start working on the first of September which means i will start paying my credit card end of September and the lady who called me said unfortunately they cant wait for September they have to hand over my account to the lawyers, month end i got paid and paid R500, and today i wanted to pay R1 000 only to find out that my card was retained, and so i find this very unfair because first thing i didnt not apply for their credit card, secondly they knew i was on contract, thirdly when i got a job i told them i will start paying month end, but all they care is money and now i wanted to pay but they took away the card, not that i was gonna use it but i wanted to make pay on the ATMs as it is convenient for me. please bring my card back.
