I have been paying my credit card debt with Nedbank, I have paid it in Full a month ago in August the 25th, today it is 27 September, Nedbank have not updated my credit record in the ITC, after they have been pressurizing me to make payments in this account, now that I have paid they have many stories to tell me, for their delay to update my record in the credit bureau. It is of no use working with them on their terms when I have paid them up now they cannot do their part in updating my records, now I cannot buy the car I need, and the same bank will not be able to offer me car finance without them having updated my credit record, then tell me what was the use for me to pay-up in speed?
