From best bank to worst bank

I moved to nedbank 2 years ago. I was absolutely thrilled with service and hassle free switching to nedbank. I was a happy and proud nedbank client, some of my closest friends and family even moved to nedbank due to my recommendation.

That recently changed. I got a call from nedbank stating that the old mutual credit card will be discontinued and I will be issued with a different credit card, which is fine until the following happen since start of august:
1. I got billed for a delivery fee of R 135, for a card I did not request but was forced to take due to my old card being discontinued. This has been reversed
2. Got charged my monthly service fee twice, R35 on 6Aug and R20.50 on 16Aug.
3. Got charged finance charges on my credit card even thou I was paid in advance at the beginning of the month and never draw cash from the card and 14days after statement date I was also paid in full.
4. I applied for an overdraft 23 August (don't what it any more), I requested that the interest rate be revised, have not received a response.

To make thing worse I recommended, in may, that a client of mine move to nedbank, worst mistake I could have made, still not working.

I have now had enough
