My cousin was complete off with the way a lady (Lorreta Mashau) at 1st for woman gave her a wrong information about the insurance quote she never declare all the information and this led her account been billed more and unnecessary which she wasn't aware about the charges .when phoning to enquire more she was told different story /issues about the policy which almost need to cancel the policy because of unsatisfactory service. but after spoken to Johannes Martin he didn't start by defending the company as they way most of consultant do and put the blame to the customer but he was completely different that any consultant he listened to her and explain information to her and made the right choice and her bill was according to the previous information supplied but much lower compare what the first consultant said to me. I would like to thank Mr martin for his passion and dedication to wards his work and his listening is a skill let all the consultant teach themself how to listen attentively even though listening is a skill but let them try to listen to customers
