UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTMENT

My card was swallowed about two weeks ago at the Rock Cottage ATM. After a week I got my new card, but no-one told me the card will only be active form the following day (which I had to find out the SECOND time I went to the bank that day) Oh and did I mention that I had to hold for about 20 mins the first time I had to stop my card???
So this morning I went to a garage on Christiaan De Wet, and GUESS WHAT??? My card got swallowed again. I am SO disappointed. I want to move my accounts to another bank. The service I have received is terrible. I have been with Standard Bank since I was 7 years old. But lately I have been more upset than happy.
