Offering bad service - No answer of phones

Bank card swallowed at ATM, few minutes later R1600 were drawn. Card was stopped and reported on 28 December. After going to police and informing the bank, I was promised that the problem will be looked at and response within 10 days will be given. Up to now nothing has happened and when you phone the call centre the phones are just not answered.
