On the 5th December 2013, my husband went to the Standard bank ATM in Lord Montague Square, Montague Gardens. machine swallowed my card, my husband waited for 5 min, to see if card would come out, but nothing.. My husband then left, back to his office, called me 5 min later to stop card... called the call center, waited for 10 min to cancel card... so i immediately asked if any money was with drawn, and they mentioned that there was drawn 1 min after each other .. went to my bank, they put me through to there division via telephone. to stop. now 2 weeks later they called me to tell me that they are not paying out my claim, me all upset as it is my hard earned money.. spoke to a few people, but they sent me from pillar to post, tried talking to an investigator, to get answers, but nothing.. when i asked them to get footage from the ATM they mentioned that there's no camera's at the ATM.. which i feel is utter nonsense.. which means that no investigation was made, cause they wanted to close the case.. they also mentioned to me that my husband draw at another ATM, which is a BOB, and i have not seen any BOB's around anymore.i just want this to be handled fairly. PLEASE HELP!
