R350 for what??

Nedbank seriously needs to re-look at what other banks are doing and change. Honestly. Unbeknown to me, I deposited? R128 into an ABSA bank account that was closed. A few hours later, the recipient of said bank account notified me that the account I deposited funds to has been closed for almost 2 years. So I phoned 0860555111 and they told me I had to go INTO the bank to fill out some form. What? Everything is done online nowadays, so why not this? (don't give me the /money laundering excuse, I'm FICA'd and you can check my account for the transaction in question) They transferred me to the Vincent branch and was told I had to go in. So I took valuable time out my day and went in. No one told me I'd have to pay R350 (non refundable) for the pleasure of getting my R128 back! Because I didn't want to pay, they then told me that I should wait a few days and HOPEFULLY it will be reversed, but no guarantees. I walked out the bank fuming! This really comes off as dark ages banking! Seriously Nedbank I've been banking with you for close on 12 years, I dont expect this! I have to repay the recipient another R128 because they don't see this as their stuff up!
