This is the third time, I WANT MY MONEY

First thing saturday morning, i went to nedbank to close my account, the lady assisted me, took my card, cut it up and i signed some papers to close the account. I was told the account was closed and i left.

This morning i got a voice message from nedbank saying i must come in as a deposit has been made therefore i cant close the account, I asked when was the deposit made, i was told today, but to my knowledge i closed the account on saturday.

I had a problem with nedbank boksburg as well on Thursday the 21st of feb as wen i tried to close the very same account, a rude lady told me she could.nt close the account as there were bank charges, when i asked for the account to be suspended temporarily as i dont want to incurr more bank charges she said rudely sed she cant do that, when i aked why she said she just cant. I am honestly tired of nedbank and i want my money the way it was...
