ONLINE BANKING ERROR

ON THE 2ND OF FEB 2013. I DEPOSITED FUNDS INTO A WRONG ACCOUNT USING ONLINE BANKING. ON THE SAME DATE I CONTACTED MY BANK TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND I WAS GIVEN A FORM TO FILL IN.
THE REPLY I RECEIVED WAS THAT THE BANK CANNOT REVERSE THE FUNDS AS THE RECEPIENT IS A PUBLIC RECEPIENT. I PHONED THE RECEPIENT AND HE SAID THAT AS THEIR COMPANY POLICY THEY DO NOT REVERSE FUNDS, SO MY BANK SHOULD DISCUSS WITH THEIR BANK FOR THE FUNDS TO BE REVERSED. I INFORMED MY BANK AND EVERYTIME I AM TOLD TO FILL IN A FORM. AFTER A WEEK I GET THE REPLY THAT THE BANK CANNOT HELP ME.
THE CLIENTS BANK IS ABSA SO MY BANK CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH ABSA. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE TEAM LEADER AT ONLINE BANKING AND SHE KEEPS ON PROMISING, THE NEXT THING THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO. THE TEAM LEADER IS PHUMZILE MABALA.
I AM NOW PUZZLED IF MY BANK CANT HELP ME, WHO WILL. THE BANK MADE AGREEMENTS WITH THE OTHER BANKS ABOUT PUBLIC RECEPIENTS BUT THEY CANT GET ANYBODY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

MATTERS WORSE IS THAT THIS FUNDS I WAS PAYING FOR MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL FEES, SO THE SCHOOL IS GOING TO SEND HER AWAY FOR NON PAYMENT.
