Deducting banking costs from a closed account

I closed my Nedbank current account two years ago, i had to go into the Cresta branch twice to close the account due to the fact that i still received monthly statements, for banking fees after i was assured it was closed. January 2013 they transferred the balance of accumulated admin costs, from my credit card without my consent, to settle the balance on the "closed" current account! And no use to phone Nedbank to assist, they just transfer you to the next receptionist! and no one can help, because the "closed" account is in actual fact closed!

I will certainly close my credit card account as well after this unlawful conduct and move to another bank! How is it possible to transfer money without my consent to account that should have been closed? after i personally attended a branch to close the account, and was informed it it closed! and all of a sudden no one can help...
