Earlier this month I bought 2 policies, funeral and hospital plan from Clientele, so I sent an e-mail during the month letting them know that I wana cancel the hospital plan, I got no response. Today a consultant called me I told her that I wana cancel the hospital plan, she then reffered me to Customer where a consultant did not even bother talking to me she/he dropped the call. Now I don't want anything to do with Clientele please cancel all my policies. I want out, their service is unbearable.
