I tried to do internet banking today, and for some reason every time I press the pay button it tells me that I don't have any funds in my account!!! I have money in my account, so how can I not be able to transfer any money?? If I transfer money between my accounts from my elite account to my credit card account then in my credit card also tells me O funds in my credit card??? It is ridiculous, after spoke to several consultants nobody could help me, and everybody just tells me I must b able to transfer money?? I was almost 1 hour and a half on the phone with standard bank and still my account on internet banking is not sorted out? My phone died the second time couldn't the consultant just phoned me back?? I mean they got my telephone number on the system? I did not get all the consultants name that I spoke to, but the one was Lesipho? I ask to speak to her again but then nobody could transfer me? The last person's name I spoke to let me hold on for almost an half an hour and never get back to me?? I couldn't hold on any longer I thought maybe she has forgotten about me and I put the phone down? I really hope you guys can listen to my recordings and see who I spoke to?
