I have a policy with clientele which is the hospital cash back plan, I was recently admitted at a hospital and after I was discharged I called the clientele help centre and they sent me the forms for me to take to my regular Dr and my admitting Dr to fill in with all my tests results attatched. When I consulted my Dr's about the forms they told me that they were going to charge me consultation fees to fill in those forms, I fail to understand why do I have to pay R1200 to my dr meaning clientele will only be paying me R800 instead of R2000 as it was agreed that its R500 per day you are in hospital and now because of the forms that needs to be filled and paid im now told about procedures... I cant even call or take them to the lawyers because its the same company at the end of the day. This is day light!
