Last week I posted a report about Clientele. Within minutes I was contacted by the national call center. They have now fully refunded my debit orders and have agreed, by listening to the recording that the sales person was over enthusiastic in getting his sale as was not diligent in getting the client to understand that it was a cash back hospital plan and not a conventional hospital plan. Policies were promptly cancelled as per my request.
