What a pleasure going to the bank

On the 23/10/13 i had a cheque deposited into my account for a large amount because this person wanted to purchase my bike, little to say once we phoned and said he wont get the bike till the cheque is cleared he disappeared.
So on the 25/10/13 my salary got paid, just to see it was gone and i owed the bank over R6000 coz they had stopped the cheque.
In a panic i went to the bank and ask the bank manager to help me. within 15min everything was sorted out and my salary was cleared. she was so friendly and helpful. unfortunately i did not get her name. but a BIG BIG thank you to you!!! i wish all the staff could be like you. Today you made me see why i changed to FNB.
