I have an arrangement in place to pay up my personal loan. I have a debit order of R1 245.44 in place. I asked them to debit an additional R650.00. So they debited R1245.44 plus R650 and then they debited an additional R2000.00 this has left be utterly broke. Im trying to fix my credit record by sticking to arrangements but now Nedbank is throwing off the rail by debiting over and beyond the amount we agreed on. i dont want to reverse the amount from my account is its reflect badly on my already bad credit record. please make amendments and refund me today, I have other debit orders that are supposed to go off. I cant wait until next week. I need this resolved today
