I went to Capitec to do a follow up on my query with the complaints department! I asked for a manager! I was assisted by a lady Lungile. Told me that they are unable to make the call! She'll send an email later! I then asked her if ever I'm in their branch and I need to call their Head office what should I do! She said their phones are inly for stuff ussage.. Meaning I must use my own cell phone.. I have an existing query with Megan! I still waitng for feedback! Megan it's over 10 days now and I have not yet received feedback, please advise.
