I would like to commend Megan Martin for what she has done for me as a client. At a point when I was wondering if I am still a valued client to Capitec, she went and proved it over and over again. I wish that all Capitec staff from retail bank staff to call centre staff to even some branch managers can have the attitude of Megan. She is not just a valuable employee, but an all round great person, and that is what I call customer services. Well done Megan, please keep up the good work :-)
