Last time I received a call from Megan-Rae Martin after my complaint about the calls I received from Capitec Bank lawyers who said I still owe their client. Megan-Rae told me that my account with them is updated on every system of Capitec. But now the problem is, their lawyers phoned me today telling me to pay my outstanding balance. And they said my account was handed over to them on 21st of June this year. How come? I don't know. Because by that time I was already have another paid up letter which was sent to me buy Adweena from their head office after she requested me to send her the old one.

May you please help me by advising Capitec to contact their lawyers and update my account. Secondly, I need the closure letter for this account. And the most important thing, my status to be updated at the credit bureaus.
