Can the Capitec service get ay worse??

I spoke to an agent in one of the Capitec call centres and it was the worst experience ever!! When asked to speak to a manager I was told that "they are always in meetings and I cannot speak to them".

To make matters even worse, I logged a formal complaint at their complaints line, was promised to get a call to resolve my query and to date have not received a call from any manager at Capitec!!

The service received from every person that I have spoken to have been atrocious and my query has not been resolved yet.

I have now resorted to using Google to find the names of the executive management commitee and will be making it my life's mission to get hold of one of the executive managers. I believe that they need to be made aware of the poor service their salary earning staff members are giving to their paying clients.
