I'm having a problem with my Internet App, every time when I try to activate it, it gives me a run time error.
I have been using this app for about 4 months until my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 gave me problems and I had to uninstall all my apps including Capitec App. When downloading the app again it needed activation code, I then went to Four Ways branch to re-active the app. I was told that when I log in to Internet banking on the web I will get the activation code, but every time I go to internet to active this app it does not want to connect it gives a run time error for three consecutive days. I decided to call to Capitec Customer Care centre on 22/10/2013 and I spoke to a lady by the name of Tumi. This lady has terrible Telephone skills & Unprofessional. I explained my problem to this lady and she told me that I need to hold the line, she did not tell me why should I hold and she kept me on hold for 10 Minutes, without saying a ward. I had to drop the call and call again but this time I went to complaint department and I spoke to a lady by the name Michelle who then told me that my internet app was never activated.
