Cash send is one of the easiest ways to send money to family or friends, or so it seems. I recently was forced to use this service with Absa seeing that a family member of mine is banking with them. She transferred the money, I received a 10 digit code and my family member sent me a pin. I went to the Absa atm, followed the steps of entering the 10 digit code and then entering the pin. Expecting to do the withdraw without any hassle, It was not allowed with an error code of 55. I tried 3 times, insuring I am entering the correct details, but with no luck. I have used this service with my bank, sending money to family members, and it was quick, easy and hassle free. Absa disappointed me with the service not being the same and not delivering the same results. My family member now has to call Absa, give them the code and then further investigation will be done. We might as well just transferred the money via online banking, it would have been faste
