I am having trouble with my internet banking and was on the phone to the call centre to try and resolve this problem. The lady that I was on the phone with was absolutely no help as she had no idea what I was talking about. I then get asked to hold while she speaks to another consultant, I have no issue with this as I have worked in a call centre before and understand the need for advice when I did not know the answer myself.
My complaint is that I was left to wait on the phone for 15 minutes while I could her them talking and I never got any resolution to my problem as I ran out of airtime while holding for someone who should know their job. They are after all, the people I got transferred to after selecting the option, internet banking from the voice prompts.
How on earth can you leave a client on hold for 15 minutes!! You did not help me at all, all you did was cost me money and now I have to inconvenience myself to fix your problems!!! -5 for customer service!
