Staff unable to assist/need to be trained properly

I tried to buy a product online. I have bought online with my Capitec debit card before with no problem, but this time I was requested to supply the secure code and an activation code. I had neither so I went into the bank with my daughter to the Centurion branch. The woman at the Capitec enquiries counter at Centurion mall told me that there was no such thing and that she had never heard of it.

I tried to buy another product the day before yesterday and experienced the same problem so I called the call centre yesterday and, although I don't recall his name, I believe these calls are recorded? Anyway he could not help me and he could also not understand me although I was speaking English. I repeated myself a few times and eventually he told me to go onto the Internet and look it up with MasterCard.

I was so frustrated by this time but I did this and when I tried to register a secure code, there was no Capitec bank on their list. So I am still unable to enroll on an online course.
